Environmentally and Economically Sensible Water jetting gives comparable cleaning rates to grit and sand blasting with the added benefit of a cleaner end product. Low water usage and media consumption, (approximately 2% of grit blasting). Less waste media to be stored for disposal, and no contaminant is needed for dust prevention. Using water jetting there is no potential source of ignition for explosive gases or liquids, water jetting is inherently spark free. Water jetting is virtually dust-free and will not hinder or stop other operations around working are. Equipment and workers are not exposed to damaging dust caused by abrasive blasting.
