Ska Brewery - Brew House Floor
For Ska Brewery, approximately 3,000 square feet of the Brew House floor was prepared and coated. The project was successfully completed during an outage schedule without impact to Ska's production plans. Strict food and beverage regulations were met during the project, thus eliminating product contamination and assuring regulatory compliance.
In addition to the general floor work, the project scope included concrete saw cutting and caulking of the control joints associated with numerous beer tank legs. Said work was designed to eliminate water build-up underneath the tanks, thus preventing mold and bacteria growth in the food facility
