Standard Surface Cleaning & Preparation

Every Hartman Walsh coating system begins with thorough surface cleaning and preparation. Hartman Walsh has earned and maintains SSPC – QP1 certification and our staff is well versed in all industry standards. We employ a variety of abrasives to clean and profile steel and concrete including garnet, coal slag, nickel and copper slags, employing the use of power tools, hand tools, solvents and power washers as appropriate.
